Pan Con Tomate

Another thing to make before summer is actually over - which in my opinion isn’t until tomatoes are no longer in season and in reality isn’t till September 23 - Pan Con Tomate. Literally couldn’t be easier, here what you need:


INGREDIENTS
Toast bread
Garlic cloves
Ripe tomatoes, sliced in half
Olive oil
Salt


INSTRUCTIONS
1. While bread is still warm rub a raw garlic clove on one side
2. Rub raw tomato into garlicky until thoroughly covered in tomato. About 1/2 tomato per piece of toast depending on the size of your tomato
3. Drizzle with olive and salt and serve right away
